My Story

My Journey to Empowering Women Through Holistic Mental Health Care

My journey began during COVID when I envisioned a much needed sanctuary for women's mental health and well-being.
Prior to establishing my private practice, I served as a Reproductive Psychiatry Attending Physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and an Instructor at Harvard Medical School. My dedication to the improvement of women's mental health is captured in my published works in esteemed journals like The American Journal of Perinatology, The Harvard Review of Psychiatry, The American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology MFM, and more.

Additionally, I offer tele-psychiatry services to women across Colorado, as well as in  Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey, ensuring that women across different regions have access to the support they need. I grew up in New Jersey and completed my medical training in New York and Massachusetts, so I feel connected to these states and the resources within each.

While I'm deeply committed to my work, I understand the importance of maintaining my mental health too. I find solace and rejuvenation in the simple joys of sunshine, hiking, biking, yoga, travel, and cooking. These passions not only sustain me but also inspire me to empower women on their paths to holistic well-being. I am also a mom of two toddlers, which deepens my ability to connect with and truly understand the struggles of women in the reproductive years.

Today, my practice is based in Denver, Colorado, where I provide compassionate care to women seeking emotional balance during periods of hormonal flux.

As a board certified adult psychiatrist with a fellowship in Women’s Mental Health, I bring a unique level of expertise to the field of reproductive psychiatry.
