I offer a range of specialized women’s mental health & hormone optimization packages to support your mind and body. Whether you're seeking ongoing care with me or a one time reproductive psychiatry consultation, I am here to provide compassionate and personalized support. Explore the options below to find the right fit for your needs and journey towards well-being.

Intake paperwork & LABS

You will be sent intake paperwork through my secure medical record, Charm. The paperwork is comprehensive and designed both to help you reflect on past experiences, strengths, and current pain points, as well as to give me a foundation to learn about you before we sit together at the initial appointment. After reviewing your paperwork, I will send you a lab slip to complete lab work prior to the intake so that my recommendations can be as complete and individualized as possible

Initial Evaluation

This appointment will be conducted either in person at my Denver office or over Zoom. I will get to know you more deeply as you share your personal story, with guidance and directed questions along the way. By the end of this session, we will discuss personalized treatment recommendations and go over how the remainder of the package will be carried out.

Follow Up Sessions

Follow up interval is detailed in each individual package. We will use these appointments to catch up on how life is going and to see which interventions have been helpful and which have not been as successful. We will continue to fine tune and optimize the treatment plan. We may engage in brief psychotherapy or review lab work during follow up sessions. When your package is complete, you may opt into my maintenance program.

RECLAIM YOUR WELL BEING WITH PERSONALIZED HEALTHCARE

Are you a woman who is...

feeling on edge?

up at 3 AM and can't get back to sleep?

touched out and reactive with loved ones?

just keeping your head above water?

struggling to reset your metabolism and finding your efforts at the gym aren't paying off?

Feel like something hormonal is going on?
You're probably right!

All too often I see women who have been dismissed within the traditional healthcare system, leaving them to feel like this is as good as it will get. Too often women hear their labs are “normal” with no further explanation, and no push to move from normal to optimal. At Tend to Her, I offer comprehensive, holistic services that provide women with the time and attention they deserve in the midst of hormonal chaos. For women struggling with PMDD, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause, there is a path to feeling strong, empowered, and alive again.

TREATMENT PACKAGES

This program is for women who feel like two different people through the month, who want to leave their partner every month like clockwork, who feel ashamed for yelling at their kids before their period, who feel like they drop off a cliff with healthy lifestyle practices the second half of the month. You are not crazy and there is so much we can do to support you.

This program includes an intake appointment with lab work, 3 follow up appointments, hormone and cortisol testing, a hormone detoxification protocol, medication management, and customized nutrition and supplement recommendations. FAQ

What types of patients do you work with?

I work with women 18 years or older. I have a premenstrual dysphoric disorder package, two perinatal offerings, and two perimenopause offerings.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take private insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. I do provide medical receipts or “super bills” after each appointment, which you can access through the patient portal. You can then submit this receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. To find out what your policy covers, call the number on the back of your card and ask if you have out of network coverage for psychiatry and if so, what percentage of fees will be covered. Your insurance company may ask you about billing codes. These are the codes I commonly use:
  • Initial Evaluation: 99205 + 90833
  • 30 Min Follow Up: 99214 +/- 90833

How often will we meet?

The frequency of appointments is detailed for each individual package. Once a package is complete, it is typical for me to meet with patients every 3-6 months in a maintenance program.

What is your approach to treatment?

I believe in highly personalized and collaborative treatment. I completed a fellowship in reproductive psychiatry and have done a lot of training in integrative women's mental health over the years, always striving to combine the best of conventional and integrative medicine in my practice. I believe that patients achieve the best results  when we try to understand the root cause of psychiatric symptoms and offering an array of treatment options, including  pharmacotherapy, hormone replacement therapy recommendations for non-prescription supplements and botanicals, diet optimization, and mind-body practices.
