Intake paperwork
You will be sent intake paperwork through my secure medical record, Charm. The paperwork is comprehensive and designed both to help you reflect on past experiences, strengths, and current pain points, as well as to give me a foundation to learn about you before we sit together at the initial appointment. This ensures our first session is comprehensive and personalized.
Initial Evaluation
This appointment will be conducted either in person at my Denver office or over Zoom. A 75-minute deep dive into your story — mind, hormones, and body. Together, we’ll review your history, labs, and current concerns to create an individualized treatment plan and roadmap for care.
Follow Up Sessions
We will use these appointments to catch up on how life is going and to see which interventions have been helpful and which have not been as successful. We will continue to fine tune and optimize the treatment plan. We may engage in brief psychotherapy or review lab work during follow up sessions.
A brief phone call to determine whether my approach and services are the right fit for your needs. We’ll discuss your goals, background, and next steps for care.

FAQ
I work with women 18 years or older. Most women who see me are experiencing psychiatric symptoms influenced by reproductive life transitions and/or hormonal changes. I specialize in PMDD, the perinatal period, and the menopause transition.
Frequency depends on your goals, phase of care, and stability. Most patients start with follow-up visits every 4–6 weeks, with spacing adjusted as symptoms improve. Some prefer more frequent visits early on for extra support, and others transition to quarterly check-ins for maintenance.
I believe in highly personalized and collaborative treatment. I completed a fellowship in reproductive psychiatry and have done a lot of training in integrative women's mental health over the years, always striving to combine the best of conventional and integrative medicine in my practice. I believe that patients achieve the best results when we try to understand the root cause of psychiatric symptoms and offering an array of treatment options, including pharmacotherapy, hormone replacement therapy recommendations for non-prescription supplements and botanicals, diet optimization, and mind-body practices.
